Orange

As an example of the use of fruit waste, New Matter is researching the recycling of orange peels. This involves not only utilizing the approximately 2.5 million tons of orange peels that are disposed of annually in Europe, but also considering their light color, positive associations, and pleasant fragrance, which make the material interesting for design and production.
